EveAnalytics

We have developed and implemented the Microphysiology Systems Database (MPS-Db) that was designed for the capture, management, analysis, sharing, integration of diverse information and computational modeling of complex data, such as those generated by MPS, in a single analytics platform.  The MPS-Db was rebranded as the BioSystics Analytics Platform when Biosystics, Inc. was spun-off from the University of Pittsburgh.  It was subsequently named the EveAnalytics™ (Quris AI, https://eveanalytics.com).  Key components and features of any platform used for MPS, including EveAnalytics, are the capturing of detailed metadata on the MPS components, protocols, and experimental data in specific studies to enable the assessment of the reproducibility and reliability of MPS DDTs necessary for their qualification.
